We encourage the development of our employees with the aim of achieving a satisfied workforce. Satisfied employees lead to satisfied customers and hence guarantee the continued progress of our company. In order to implement the quality policy, our management carries out regular reviews and specifies quality targets for the company. From these we derive individual targets for departments, sometimes even for individual employees.
