In the autumn of 2001 the
Tenovis "Mobile Security Communications" Division was restructured to
form FUNKTEL GmbH. Since then, the innovative radio-based applications
of Tenovis have continued to be successfully marketed.

The MSC (Mobile Security
Communications) Division of Tenovis existed from 2000 to 2001 and had
been formed out of Bosch Telecom.

ANT Nachrichtentechnik
providing telecommunications transmission equipment and cable
technology were part of the Bosch Group from 1990 to 2000.

In 1983 the sale of parts
of the AEG company led to the founding of ANT Nachrichtentechnik,
which existed until 1990.
